The old, for reference.

The old front page needed a face lift, considering it was basically all of my blog posts slapped on top of each other.

But luckily I had a free Saturday, which I spent on improving the main page. I think it could be less crowded, but it’s a big improvement over the old one. Blog posts have now been fitted into their own containers, with a nice sliding animation for their featured images.

I setup WordPress so that “stickied” items appear as full-width modules above everything else (such as this post!).

Now if you don’t mind, I’m going to do a data backup before I lose it all somehow.
